Services

Method-validated analytical testing.

We start with five tightly controlled core services and extend into a broad range of supplement, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and raw-material categories.

Core peptide and ingredient testing services

Florida Chemical's core testing menu covers peptide identity by LC-MS, peptide purity by HPLC-UV, quantitative peptide content/assay, supplement and cosmetic ingredient identification, and raw-material purity — the five method-validated services most peptide vendors, formulators and manufacturers need. Read our HPLC-UV vs LC-MS explainer to see which methods fit your material.

Frequently asked

Testing services FAQ

How much does peptide purity testing cost?

Peptide purity testing by HPLC-UV is a flat $199.00 per sample. Additional services — LC-MS identity, content/assay, heavy metals, residual solvents — are quoted separately. Email sales with your sample count and any extended tests for a written quote.

How fast is your peptide testing turnaround?

Standard turnaround for peptide identity (LC-MS) and purity (HPLC-UV) results is 24–48 hours from sample receipt at our Jacksonville, FL laboratory.

What methods do you use for peptide testing?

Peptide purity is determined by reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection. Peptide identity is confirmed by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Every peptide COA we issue reports both. See our peptide testing methods guide for full details.

Do you offer heavy metals, residual solvents and microbial testing?

Yes. Extended capabilities include heavy metals by ICP-MS or ICP-OES, residual solvents by headspace GC-FID or GC-MS, microbial contamination and sterility testing, endotoxins by LAL or recombinant-factor assay, Karl Fischer moisture, particulate matter and protein structure/aggregation analysis.

Where is your peptide testing lab located?

Florida Chemical operates from 6593 Powers Ave, Suite 19, Jacksonville, FL. We are an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited independent analytical laboratory serving clients nationwide.

Is testing available for pharmaceutical ingredients?

Yes — identity, assay and impurity profiling for pharmaceutical actives including sildenafil, tadalafil, metformin and acetaminophen.
